SITOP Power Supplies

An undersized or unbuffered 24 V rail produces intermittent faults that get blamed on the PLC for years. We size for the inrush of the actual connected load, not the steady-state sum, and buffer the controller so a supply dip becomes a logged event rather than a mystery.

SITOP PSU6200 / PSU8200

The mainstream regulated 24 V supplies, single and three-phase. Substantial short-term overload reserve lets a rail start a bank of contactors or a heavily capacitive load without collapsing — the usual cause of a PLC resetting on start-up.

SITOP PSU8600 Modular System

A power supply system rather than a single brick: multiple individually monitored and switchable outputs with current and voltage reported over PROFINET. When one branch draws too much you know which one, instead of losing the whole 24 V rail.

Keeping the controller and HMI alive through a supply dip so the system shuts down in a controlled state and records why. Capacitor-based buffers ride through short interruptions with no battery maintenance at all.
